Welcome to Memento Morph. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

2. Products

  • Each item is handcrafted, unique, and may contain natural variations. Product photos are representative and identical to the piece you receive.

  • Due to the fragile and collectible nature of taxidermy, all items are sold as-is.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged items.

6. Customs & Import Regulations

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that taxidermy or natural history items are permitted in their country. Memento Morph is not liable for orders delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (artwork, photographs, logos, designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Memento Morph and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memento Morph shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
