All Sales Are Final
Each Memento Morph creation is unique, handcrafted, and delicate. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mementomorph.com. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a refund or replacement depending on availability.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Orders lost, delayed, or seized by customs
• Refused deliveries due to unpaid import duties/taxes
• Change of mind after purchase

Exchanges
Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
