Processing Time
Each Memento Morph piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Packaging & Handling
All items are packed securely with protective materials. Due to the delicate nature of taxidermy and artwork, additional care is taken during preparation to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Customs duties, import taxes, and regulations vary by country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering, as some animal products may be restricted. Memento Morph is not liable for orders held or confiscated by customs.
P.O. Boxes
Due to the size and fragility of our items, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mementomorph.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you on a suitable solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each Memento Morph creation is unique and fragile, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns with your order.
